If you're interested in workforce readiness and discovering ways to retain employess, look no further. Our goal is to:

1. Increase the high wage training opportunities available locally for job seekers and incumbent workers (i.e., apprenticeships, high skill computer and technical training, healthcare degrees.
2. Develop career ladders illustrating skills acquisition and workforce progression, assist businesses and industries to identify steps for growing employees from entry level jobs to pursuit of a career, assist businesses to create those progression steps.
3. Provide the leadership and expertise necessary to create and, if necessary, generate funding for incumbent worker training.
